Vegan recipes: Yasmin Karachiwalas’ “vegan flourless brownie” recipe will beat the Monday blues

Ingredients:

1) Peanut butter (180 ml) – ¾ cup

2) Maple syrup (120-180 ml) – ½ cup

3) Chia seeds – 3 tbsp

4) Vanilla extract – 2 tbsp

5) cocoa powder (120 ml) – ½ cup

6) Baking powder – ½ tbsp

7) Almond milk (120ml) – ½ cup

8) Dark chocolate chips – ½ cup

How to make vegan brownies without flour?

1) The first step is to mix the chia seeds with water following the mentioned amount. Let sit for 5-10 minutes (you can mix in between) until it thickens.

2) Now you need to add the peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seed mix and vanilla extract. All these ingredients one by one.

3) It’s time to stir in the rest of the ingredients, including the cocoa powder, baking powder, and almond milk. You can stir the preparation until it is well mixed.
