A self-taught pastry chef offered him a simple no-bake recipe for an indulgent Biscoff and Nutella lasagna that is sure to please everyone.

Eloise Head, who built a huge hit on her food blog FitWaffle Kitchen during the Covid-19 pandemic, made the five-ingredient dessert using Nutella and Biscoff spreads, chocolate chip cookies, cream double and icing sugar.

400 ml double cream, cold

50g icing sugar

31 crunchy chocolate chip cookies, whole and two cookies, finely crushed

120g of melted Nutella

120g of Biscoff spread, melted
