Baking tips remain popular for home bakers

According to a survey by SWNS Media Group, of 2,000 people aged 25-40, 69% said they used cooking hacks to save up to an hour of time while on vacation. Chilled dough—croissants, pizza crust, cookies, pie crust, cookie dough, cinnamon rolls—is already a baking hack because it lets cooks make classic recipes quickly and easily. Now the experts at Pillsbury Kitchens are showing Baking Hacks readers how to take the basics of dough and create even more recipes that “hack the hack”.

Prep – From spraying your pans to pre-measuring your ingredients before you start, this cooking tip is a great time saver! Pillsbury pro tip: If you need to soften butter, put boiling water in a glass cup for a few minutes then drain it and place it on a stick of cold butter. Should soften in no time.
