A new lifting rod may arrive in Bensalem

I’m all for the new fast food restaurants in the region. The more options there are for food, the better. Looks like there is going to be a new fast food restaurant in the Bensalem area.

Bucks County Courier Times has announced the good news that a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant could be your new favorite place in Bensalem.

Sadly, we can’t hope just yet because it still has to go through approvals and all those boring things that lawmakers have to approve. Anyone who has to approve of this really doesn’t have to think about it, just say, “Yes, you can build chicken fingers from Raising Cane to Bensalem.”

Okay, maybe things aren’t always that easy. Wouldn’t a new fast-food restaurant in Bensalem please a ton of residents?

According to Bucks County Courier Times, if Bensalem’s zoning board were to approve the construction of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant, it would take over Bertucci’s location near the Neshaminy Mall.

In early July, it was reported that a new location for Raising Cane would be arriving in Falls Township. Raising Cane’s location would make it the chain’s premier location in the Bucks County area.

This location in the Township of Falls would still be remote enough for anyone in the Bensalem area. So, if the Bensalem Zoning Board approves this Bensalem location, it can save Bensalem residents a long drive if they feel like Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers.

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers already has tons of locations across the country. One more in Bensalem wouldn’t be a bad idea at all.
